Our clients are our most valuable commodities and therefore every quarter we will be asking them to complete an online survey. In conjunction with Survey Me we have compiled a simple form to establish that we are carrying out work for our clients to their expectations. Legal Documents and Accounts

Every day of the week we deliver legal documents from solicitors to chambers and between their offices across the country.
Our new regular run down to Companies House has proved a real hit for accountants who have not been given enough time by their clients to file accounts on line and to prevent possible fines have put the outstanding files on our end of the month run.

Warrington warehouse is taking shape

Our new pallet and document storage depot will be ready for occupation in the next few weeks. Warrington is the ideal location with it’s excellent motorway links allowing us to expand our Altrincham operation to cover Merseyside.

To Store or Not To Store? That is the question.

Due to exceptional demand we are opening our new document and pallet storage depot. Due to the cost of storing documents in expensive office space it is more cost effective to have documents to stored off site from as little as 10 pence per box per week. Compare that to the cost of your expensive office accommodation being taken up by boxes of files which are not only unsightly but can also be classed as a fire risk by some insurers.

Accountants – Beat Companies House Fines!

After significant enquiries, our next run to Companies House in Cardiff will be on 27th February 2013.
The cost will be £100 + VAT per instruction whether you have 1 file or 20 files.

Companies House fines are in the region of £150 per set of accounts which can be caused by delays in the post or errors with filing on line which are only spotted after the deadline and then rejected.

Save costly staff wages filing on line or the inconsistency of using Royal Mail with no guarantees have those important accounts delivered door to door.
