Customer Survey UpdateWe are very please to confirm that Gavin who won the free drawer for completing our last customer satisfaction survey has now received his case of wine.
Furthermore, although the results from the survey were excellent a couple of comments were made which we have now acted on and have been satisfactorily rectified. Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Rap-Ex Couriers and forms an important part of our ISO 9001 accreditation for quality assurance which we have held for the last five years. Being ISO 9001 accredited means that when you instruct Rap-Ex Couriers you can be assured that the standard of our work is consistently high, our drivers are monitored and all the relevant paperwork will be supplied at all times. We will also keep you informed of the progress of your delivery from start to finish. By working to this standard has meant that we maintain a high level of customer retention and our clients are our best advert. The next survey will be sent out in August.
