Three months in: Since we started offering our end of the month service for accountants and our clients the amount of interest has increased dramatically .

However, this month we had one or two enquiries which were just too late to be included on the run and had to pay our usual price for the delivery.

Therefore, we have had to include a cut off date for this month. The usual run will take place on Friday 31st 2013, however we need to collect all files on Thursday 30th May and we would appreciate your instruction as early as possible. We realise that most of these are urgent hence having them couriered to Companies House but if you could register an interest we can make sure there will be space on the van for you.

Charges

For 1 – 6 files the charges are £15.00 per file plus VAT

For over 6 files the charges are £100 plus VAT

We are being asked on a regular basis for larger vehicles and as you will see from our new chart if you want an artic we will supply one and anything in between.

We are currently in the process of producing having vehicle charts printed to show what each vehicle will carry click below for one to be sent out when ready.

Just let us know what you want carrying and the post codes for collection and delivery and we will provide you with a competitive quotation.

** Customer Satisfaction Survey – ISO 9001

Our first on line survey was sent out last month with fantastic results. We received a customer satisfaction rating of 9.8 out of 10 and 100% of our clients confirmed they would be happy to recommend Rap-Ex Couriers Ltd to their clients and connections.

All who completed the survey were entered into a prize draw and we are happy to confirm that Gavin who works out of Manchester Airport has won a case of wine.

Valuing Our Customers Our clients are our most valuable commodities and therefore every quarter we will be asking them to complete an online survey. In conjunction with Survey Me we have compiled a simple form to establish that we are carrying out work for our clients to their expectations. Legal Documents and Accounts Every day of the week we deliver legal documents from solicitors to chambers and between their offices across the country. Our new regular run down to Companies House has proved a real hit for accountants who have not been given enough time by their clients to file accounts on line and to prevent possible fines have put the outstanding files on our end of the month run. Our new pallet and document storage depot will be ready for occupation in the next few weeks. Warrington is the ideal location with it’s excellent motorway links allowing us to expand our Altrincham operation to cover Merseyside.

Due to the cost of storing documents in expensive office space it is more cost effective to have documents to stored off site from as little as 10 pence per box per week. Compare that to the cost of your expensive office accommodation being taken up by boxes of files which are not only unsightly but can also be classed as a fire risk by some insurers.
